Hello. My creative journey began in 2022 upon moving to Armenia. While I acquired basic drawing skills during my studies in the '90s, I never applied them in life, and the thought of painting never crossed my mind. The beauty of Armenia, with its magnificent mountains, had a profound impact, sparking a strong desire to paint, which I continue to do with immense pleasure. I prefer focusing on portraits, enjoying capturing facial expressions, character, and mood. Exploring the works of great artists, understanding their drawing styles, and attempting to replicate how they conveyed the inner light of their subjects is a source of inspiration for me. Currently, I'm working on a child's portrait, finding immense joy in the process of painting.
