"The wisdom of the mountains" is an attempt by the artist to show the traditional way of Greek rural life, with its serenity, tranquility and simple life.
The picture is filled with symbols and allegories - the old man - the shepherd is the wisdom of a lived life, adherence to traditions.
Donkey - stubbornness in achieving goals. Flowers on the rocks, growing through the stones - a symbol of will and determination in life.

Ksenia Yarovaya is talented, bright artist working in the best traditions of Russian realistic school of painting.
She graduated from the Russian Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after Ilya Glazunov.

In October (18 - 28) 2016 in Moscow was held a solo exhibition of Ksenia Yarovaya in the Moscow House of Nationalities where was presented the full collection of paintings dedicated to Greece. The exposition included scenes of traditional Greek villages, modern cities, the majestic mountain landscapes, the venetian ports and a kaleidoscope of solar seascapes that were painted between 2014, 2015 and 2016 years in different regions Greece - Halkidiki, Crete, Santorini, and Meteora.
In June 2017 in Greece, in the heart of Athens with great success was held another personal exhibition of the artist Ksenia Yarovaya. The event was held under the aegis of the club for UNESCO Piraeus and islands (Athens) with the support of the Greek Cultural Center (Moscow), where were presented 47 paintings on the theme of Hellas.
Ksenia was awarded gold medal and a diploma from UNESCO for her contribution to culture
