Yaroslav Sobol es un pintor ucraniano experimentado con exposición internacional. Con formación formal en escultura y pintura, busca combinar el enfoque clásico de su educación con técnicas y enfoques modernos. En sus pinturas al óleo, Sobol transmite el mundo interior de sus personajes, así como sus interacciones con el mundo que los rodea. Logra una estética pulida con una fuerte línea narrativa.
En 1988-1992 estudió en el Kharkiv State Art College (Ucrania) en el departamento de escultura. Graduado con honores.
En 1992 fue admitido en el Instituto de Bellas Artes Industriales de Kharkiv (ahora Academia de Diseño y Artes de Kharkiv) (Ucrania) sin exámenes de ingreso, habiendo ganado el concurso entre los graduados de Arte Estatal de Kharkiv. Colega. Estudió en el departamento de “Escultura”. En 1997 se graduó con honores del instituto.
Ganó el concurso entre los estudiantes del instituto de formación en Alemania. Entre los miembros del jurado estaban Boris (Bob) Mikhailov y Sergey Bratkov. En 1997 se formó en la Academia de Bellas Artes de Nuremberg (Alemania).
