Думаю, что все государства сначала ослабнут во взаимной борьбе и в ситуации проваливающегося центра, а затем и разрушатся. Ситуация будет похожа на ту, что случилась после падения Рима – настанут «темные века» (они же и весьма светлые… - темно будет только политиканам и прочим профессионалам и спецам, включая сюда и обычных художников…; если отдельные люди, в отличие от государств, и не оставляют часто особых следов в так называемой «истории», это не значит, что они жили напрасно, совсем напротив – ничто не делало их винтиками и не соблазняло гордыню, а значит у них были – и будут - хорошие шансы на настоящую жизнь… )
