"High seas" (2019) 写真撮影 Vukašin Delević によって

This photography displays the Miramar chapel (Porto, Portugal) and the vast amount of water around it. Also, it emphasises the contrast between the small chapel and the ocean, as well as the building's strength to stand despite the waves.
The series has been presented in four solo exhibitions in affirmed Serbian cultural centres and was part of one collective exhibition in Greece.
"High seas" belongs to the group of landscape photographs and one Serbian writer described: "...The cycle “Time” by Vukasin Delević conditionally speaking, consists of two types of photographs. One is landscapes, mostly fog and sky, which might be collectively called the search for lost time, because the black-and-white technique, while playing with light, leads us to a completely timeless space, in many ways phantasmagoric. From the sun that blows through the clouds, turbulent waters, and even more turbulent vistas, intersected by some equally unreal building, the symbolism of the flow of time, but also the overlap of time and space, inevitably arouses strong emotions."
