Eleven months ago I started drawing and using watercolor for the first time since I was nine years old. Five months ago I thought I'd try oil painting for the first time. I must have seen it coming, as I had bought canvas on sale ten years ago or more and the packages collected dust. I am for the last year, a full time caregiver to my Grandmother and was left with a lot of free time on my hands. I am now obsessed and hope to improve in time. I really can honestly say art and music are wonderful therapy, what an escape!
