Sandra land est originaire d'une famille suisses de la ville de Fribourg.
C'est certainement pour cela que la musique a toujours été une source d'inspiration et qu'elle travaille en écoutant de la musique.
Maintenant elle allié avec goût la peinture et la poésie, pensant à juste titre que l'une complète l'autre et que le message qu'elle cherche à transmettre s'en trouve renforcé.
Chacune de ses toiles raconte une histoire. Comme elle le dit:<<Le tableau et la poésie qui l'accompagne représentent une sorte de conversation, et cette approche que je veux bucolique est déterminée par la figuration de la peinture et l'abstraction de la pensée.
La vie est entièrement liée à la nature et c'est en elle que réside notre survie>>
Sandra land pense que les apparences sont souvent trompeuses et qu'il nous appartient de saisir, lorsque l'on admire un tableau, ce que l'on y entrevoit afin d'initier un cheminement nous conduisant à l'essentiel, cet essentiel ayant certainement été à la base de l'élaboration artistique.
