Sa peinture se caractérise par une volonté de rupture avec le monde des apparences et dont les œuvres proposées sont une invitation à l’imaginaire et relèvent d’un rapprochement vers l’abstraction lyrique.
Les couches successives de peintures et autres médiums traduisent une recherche d’intériorité et un renoncement à l’esthétisme des formes. Le point de départ des œuvres est caractérisé par cette nécessité intérieure telle que le décrivait le peintre Vassili Kandinsky. Afin d’établir un premier lien avec le support, la composition débute dans l’improvisation et le chaos et laisse apparaître une première couche de matières irrégulières.
