Originaire de VERTUS en Champagne, je m'installe à EPERNAY en 1965 , et réalise ma première peinture sur toile.
L'attrait des transparences des natures mortes me permet d'exprimer toute ma sensibilité, mon perfectionnisme et ma délicatesse.
Entré au sein du groupe CREER ( association d'Artistes à EPERNAY dans la Marne ) en 1971, je me fais connaître du public sparnacien.
1988, est l'année de ma consécration, YVON GATTAZ ( ancien Président du conseil National du Patronat Français ) est séduit par une de mes oeuvres, celle-ci s'envole pour les Etats-Unis.
En 1989, je quitte la Champagne pour m'installer à ANTIBES sur la Côte d'Azur, là mon art évolue, je me passionne pour la technique du trompe l'oeil de chevalet, je deviens peintre de la réalité; ce style pourtant réputé si difficile me convient parfaitement et je passe maître en cette matière.
D'importantes expositions dans le Sud de la France me valurent de nombreuses récompenses et une très grande renommée.
En 1998, je m'installe dans les Landes à SORDE L'ABBAYE, où je continue d'exposer dans toutes les régions de France et à l'étranger.
Depuis avril 2008, je me suis installé dans le Var, dans la ville du MUY, ou je continue mon travail artistique avec plein de projets d'expositions dans cette très belle région.
Je donne aussi des cours de dessin, peinture au sein de l'association Cré-Activ du MUY
