Svetà Marlier
Svetà Marlier is a contemporary French artist. She was born in 1975 in Moscow into a family of artists, and received significant guidance from her renowned Ukrainian artist uncle, Yuri Tchary, during her studies in the arts. In 1998, she made the pivotal decision to leave her home country and establish herself in France. Today, she is recognized as both a sublime designer and a talented painter, drawing strength from her artistic lineage. Devoting her creativity to fostering hope in a triumphant and beautiful humanity, Svetà relocated to Nice in 2000, where she founded her own gallery, Svetà Gallery, situated at 18 rue Bonaparte in the Port of Nice.
Svetà has showcased her exceptional talent at various exhibitions and events, including the Messe des Artistes de Nice, the Biennale Off de Saint-Paul de Vence, Beaulieu, Talents de Femmes – Exhibit Group – Carros, the Festival Femmes en Scènes de Nice, Biennale Internationale Donna in Trieste, Italy, Lacoste Château de Marquis de Sade, Résonnance at the Biennale de Lyon Art Paper, Artothèque/Pôle Culturel Chabran/Draguignan, Lentilly (MAPRAA), Musée Masséna in Nice, Galerie de Dominicains in Nice, Galerie 22 Contemporary Art, and "School of Nice and the Artists of the School of the Riviera" with L'Epicerie d'Art de Gaspard/Svetà Gallery/Nice, among others.
Svetà Marlier is not only recognized for her artistic prowess but also for her philanthropic endeavors. She has actively participated in charity auctions, contributing to causes such as the benefit of victims of the July 14, 2016 attack in Nice, the OGC Nice Endowment Fund, the Lenval Foundation, and various solidarity initiatives, including the We Love Nice Solidarity Tombola for the Lenval Hospital and University Hospital of Nice in 2020, and the GREAT TELETHON RAFFLE on Stars-solidaires in Paris from 2021 to 2023. Her art has found a home in private collections across the globe, including France, Italy, Spain, Germany, the United Kingdom, Sweden, the USA, Israel, Russia, Ukraine, and South Korea.
