Born on the 9th of February 1970 in Dortmund

My inspiration in my art is described by Clara Meves as „Art as a place to live in.“

This is my feeling of home, which I experience in my painting and in plastic, because in this place there is no right or wrong and I can face all my facets, everything is allowed. My art gives me an inner freedom.

My last project, which I’m exhibiting at Art Gallery 64, is my collage work, which I designed for over half a year every night before going to sleep. A sequence/diary on sandwich paper, preferably painted with ink, felt-tip pens and acrylic paints.

Things/moods/words that I encountered during the day found a spontaneous expression and I glued
on the next evening on Dina 4 cardboard and small frame (20 × 20).

This resulted in 5 rooms and a mobile object with paintings on both sides.

Since 2006 I have lived in a women’s community in the small Hunsrück village of „Schwerbach.“
I am a specialist in design, and have training as a carpenter/furniture restorer.

Studied at the University of Applied Sciences Anthroposophic Art Therapy in Ottersberg, thesis „Zwischenräume“ and the diploma topic „Inner Images and their Effects.“

Internship as an art therapist in the Women’s Prison, Social Therapeutic Institute, Bad Gandersheim. Collaboration in the girl project „Girl in Ride,“ Rotenburg an der Wümme.

Since February 2002 working as a certified art therapist in the rehabilitation clinic in Bad Salzig with a focus on psychosomatic/psycho-oncology/oncology.

Since 2012 own studio in the practice community Kirchberg.
