Civilization is a human community that during a certain period of time (the process of birth, development, death or transformation of civilization) has stable special features in socio-political organization, economy and culture (science, technology, art, etc.), common spiritual values and ideals, mentality (outlook). The concept of civilization (from the Latin civilis — public, public, state, civil) was introduced into the scientific dictionary by the French educator Honore Gabriel Mirabeau in 1756. By this definition, the French enlighteners had in mind a society based on the principles of reason and justice.
