I purchased a BING carburetor about a year ago, I had the idea of reproducing it in ceramic.

I purchased a BING carburetor about a year ago, I had the idea of reproducing it in ceramic.
I'm not a ceramist or even a sculptor, I'm just passionate about engines and manual work.
From the original piece I created a plaster mold that allows me to create multiple pieces in series.
The carburettor is created using loose clay (barbottina) poured into the mould, once dry the piece is fired at around 1000°.
The pieces in the photo are the first two products #1 and #2 not for sale samples.
If you are interested it is possible to purchase the piece, the processing times to have the finished piece are around twenty days (drying and firing) you can ask me questions or requests for different colors there are no problems.
The carburettor is fixed to a wooden table, there is the possibility of fixing it to an iron base via a pin fixed in the lower part.
If you are a motor enthusiast you will know that the BING is mounted on several historic motorcycles.
