The busy area of Dotonbori in Osaka is characterized by the homonym river crossing its entire length. Both sides are populated by colorful buildings, making the whole area vibrant and lively. The busy area of Dotonbori in Osaka is characterized by the homonym river crossing its entire length. Both sides are populated by colorful buildings, making the whole area vibrant and lively. The reflections of the buildings along this river give lot of shooting opportunities especially for abstract photography, like in this case, where I simply flipped upside down a photo of the water reflecting some low rise houses. In the left bottom corner, a couple is sitting on a bench and I decided to keep them in the composition to enhance the surreal atmosphere of the shot.

Ele investiga as inúmeras possibilidades que uma metrópole como Hong Kong pode oferecer. Com o uso de cores vivas e dupla exposição, ele gosta de desenterrar seu espírito e componentes arquetípicos.
Sergio Capuzzimati nasceu na Itália e recebeu seu mestrado em Arquitetura no mesmo país. Ele agora está baseado em Hong Kong e trabalha lá.
