N101 2020, Robert Miskines, oil enamel and spray on canvas, raw canvas dimensions 48 in. x 48 in. Lots of influence from the great Abstract Expressionism masters: Joan Mitchell, Jackson Pollock and Williem de Kooning. I really enjoyed making this. Some wet on wet and wet on dry layering. I let the liquid metallic copper paint sag a bit more after this image was taken but the paint forms are the same. This image is of the unstretched canvas, some of the painting along the edges will no longer be visible after stretching.
