Ylli Jasa the author of the sculpture named " Dragon of Time", is no stranger to the world of art. Famous for his "Prince of Albany", a participant on the 50th Venice Biennale in the " Mostra Internazionale degli artisti" session and winner of the price, for this session. He has been experimenting in the art world for a long time now. Ylli Jasa is a painter, sculptor, writer, and journalist. In the sculpting area, he has been working with iron and resin works of art.
Author of many iron sculptures, some exhibited at the “Jolly Hotel” in Trieste Italy, others at “NIU Art Gallery” in Udine Italy, “Zenith Gallery” in Albania, etc.

The metal sculpture inspired by the antiquity of Chinese culture is named " Dragon of Time".
