Anthony Barrow é um artista britânico contemporâneo. Ele é membro da National Acrílico Painters Association (NAPA) e associado do OK Studios Artist Kollective, Cross Street, Standish. Sua jornada artística começou com excelência acadêmica, graduando-se na University of Central Lancashire, Preston, com bacharelado (Hons) em Belas Artes.
A proeza artística de Barrow é celebrada através de uma infinidade de exposições que mostram a profundidade e a diversidade do seu talento. Em 2006, participou da exposição OK Studio Open Studio em Standish, deixando uma marca indelével no cenário artístico local. No mesmo ano, o seu trabalho foi apresentado na exposição "Past Present and Future" na Turnpike Gallery em Leigh, onde obteve o prestigiado 1º Prémio.
