Yulia Artemyeva nasceu em 1983 em Nizhny Novgorod, Rússia. Em 2022, Julia recebeu o título de Mestre FIAP (MFIAP) da Federação Internacional de Arte Fotográfica (FIAP, França).
Realizou exposições individuais na França e na Rússia e participou de festivais internacionais de fotografia e exposições coletivas na Rússia, Europa, Estados Unidos e Ásia.
