Mon processus de création reste toujours prédominant, j’utilise principalement l’acrylique, le collage et des médiums mixtes pour créer des œuvres où l’organisation picturale et le mouvement traduisent une rythmique ondulatoire et structurelle en symbiose avec la couleur et la texture.
J’explore et j’exprime mes pulsions intérieures de façon évolutive et instinctive et ma démarche accorde davantage d’importance à l’organicité des matériaux et à la « mise en corps » de l’exécution qu’à l’intellectualisation d’un procédé.
Souvent inspiré par la musique lorsque je peins, je me laisse parfois envoûter par mes sens et j’agis alors à titre de catalyseur. Ainsi, mes expérimentations visuelles sont réalisées de façon instinctive et relèvent davantage de l’urgence de créer que de la mise en application d’une méthode technique. Des séries distinctes s’organisent tout naturellement, rien n’est vraiment planifié, puisque l’ordre secret qu’on peut déceler dans mes œuvres n’apparaît qu’a posteriori.
Bref, comme les deux préceptes de la vie qui soutiennent la constante évolution de toute chose et les possibilités infinies de l’esprit, je ne limite aucunement mon travail à une procédure spécifique, permettant ainsi de me redécouvrir à chaque création.
