Alexey Pichugin was born in 1982 in the family of the artist.
In 2008 - the Ural State Architectural and Art Academy, having received the specialization "Artist of monumental and decorative art".During the period of independent activity from 2009 to 2018, he executed over 120 monumental murals and reliefs in his sketches.
This includes works of varying degrees of complexity, from small private orders to the interior elements of the Primorsky Oceanarium (Vladivostok), murals at the St. Seraphim of Sarov (Yekaterinburg) temple, the children's corner of Koltsovo airport,
the development of sketches of the picturesque ceramic panels for a residential complex on the artificial island of Palm Jumeirah in the city Dubai (United Arab Emirates). Trying yourself in a book illustration.

He works on creating picturesque, watercolor and graphic works in which he raises the philosophical questions of life and death as parts of a single process of being,
