In his artistic approach, Makov frequently employs impressions from multiple boards of varying sizes to construct a unified masterpiece – a technique known as multiple intaglio.
Makov's distinctive style is a culmination of various artistic movements, echoing symbolism, modernism, and avant-garde influences. Rather than imitating established techniques, he synthesizes and transforms them, constructing his own universe where reality and fantasy intertwine.
