Paula Kirsch is an emerging abstract artist whose work is rooted in a deep connection between creativity, healing, and the human spirit. Based in Connecticut, Paula is also a licensed clinical social worker and sex therapist, with years of experience supporting others through the complexities of trauma, desire, and transformation. She began painting in 2024, inspired by a colleague and drawn in by the work of Nicholas Wilton. With the space to slow down during a medical recovery, she turned to the canvas—and discovered a new way to listen, express, and connect.

Paula approaches her art as a kind of spiritual collaboration. She believes her paintings decide what they want to become, and she serves as the instrument that brings them into being. Her process is intuitive, layered, and often feels guided by something greater than herself. A Creative Visionary Program alumna, she continues to deepen her practice and refine her technique.

Working primarily in vibrant acrylics, Paula’s pieces evoke the texture of memory, the resilience of the human spirit, and the invisible energies that shape our inner worlds. Informed by her work as a Reiki master and psychotherapist, her art reaches beyond language, offering viewers a space to feel, reflect, and remember.

For Paula, painting is not only an act of expression—it is an act of communion. She views her creative practice as a bridge to ancestral memory and collective soul, echoing the ancient role of art as a sacred form of connection. In her work, the personal and the universal merge, inviting others to experience something soulful, shared, and timeless.
