Paul’s images have won numerous international awards and have been seen in many previous galleries.

Recent awards include Foto Nostrum (2024, Abstract category winner), International Budapest International Foto Awards (Gold and 1st Place), Tokyo International Foto Awards (Gold), Minimalist Photography Awards (Second Place), London International Creative (finalist), PX3 Prix de la Photographie Paris (honourable mention), International Photography Award), International Color Award, and Close Up Photography of the Year (second place, manmade category). Colour Study #6 was awarded the 2020 Gracie Award, “Best in Show” from the International Society of Experimental Artists.

His images have been exhibited in Sweden, Italy, Spain, Scotland, Australia, Mexico, the United States, and Canada.

Creativity has long been a hallmark of Paul’s life. Photography was his earliest entry into the creative arts, learning as a pre-teen to develop film and prints in my father’s darkroom. Music studies soon followed, leading to a varied career of performance, arts administration, and concert programming. During this was a brief foray into floor loom and tapestry weaving, during which time Paul developed a line of scarves that was carried in several shops.

In the past decade, Paul returned to his first love of photography, but this time with a digital camera in hand, supported by a computer, and a new artistic vision. Paul’s passion now is to explore the intersection of photography and contemporary art through a blend of photographic techniques and to develop a ‘voice’ that I can call my own.
