Questa spettacolare illustrazione in stile dipinto ad olio creato con l'AI e modificato manualmente raffigura l'immane lotta tra un uomo in mezzo alle acque in tempesta sopravanzanti verso di lui e le onde terribili di un mare o di un oceano in grossa agitazione.
Ma chi è costui che sfida la potenza e la violenza delle acque scatenate contro di esso con il solo ausilio del suo bastone di legno?
Un barlume di luce (forse il simbolo una speranza?) traspare dalle nuvole al centro ma potrebbe pure essere quel cielo che si richiude, a tenaglia, su se stesso per dare il passo all'arrivo del buio ed alle tenebre che da esso conseguono.
Ciò non è tutto. Il peggio sta, progressivamente, purtroppo, per sopraggiungere.
L'uomo, il vecchio, il temerario ovvero colui che sta affrontanto tutto questo come un folle rimanendo sorprendentemente sopra le onde riuscirà mai a prevalere su quella scrosciante massa d'acqua che gli sta per riversarsi contro dalla destra?
Non lo sapremo mai.
Ma gli indizi di quest'opera d'arte ci dicono che anche il lottatore supremo si atteggia come il muoversi di un'onda. Magari lo sostiene una roccia, uno scoglio, una straordinaria creatura marina chissà....
Perché sarebbe impossibile credere che quell'essere di umana fattura riesca a sopraelevarsi spontaneamente sopra la superficie dell'acqua.
Egli, come si può ben vedere, è sopra le onde! E sembra ne assecondi il movimento verso sinistra come per non lasciarsi annegare... per evitare quel naufragio del suo corpo mortale e con esso della sua anima!
Ma se fosse proprio lui, invece, a dirigere l'orchestra e ad evocare con la complicità del suo diabolico bastone le implacabili forze di questo tempestoso elemento della Natura?

Ciò che è certo è che l'immagine, nella sua enigmaticità, resta incredibile.

L'autore di queste opere nasce in un nosocomio italiano, nella provincia di Firenze, nel 1980. Conseguito il diploma di Perito commerciale e programmatore trascorre diversi anni sviluppando software aziendale in una ditta di informatica. Successivamente, nella seconda decade degli anni 2000, dopo una collaborazione comunale svolta per conto dell'Istituto Nazionale di Statistica viene rapito dai favolosi progressi della tecnologia e dell'intelligenza artificiale con la quale prova a materializzare in arte le idee nelle forme più bizzarre e diverse. I temi principali dei suoi lavori (realizzati e poi modificati manualmente tramite programmi di elaborazione di immagini) sono soprattutto animalistici ma non mancano elementi di ispirazione e di concetto quali la Natura (come elemento da difendere), le raffigurazioni ironiche o simboliche ed artistiche basate sia su uno stile antico (medievale, rinascimentale...) che moderno come l'arte astratta. Vive e realizza le sue opere in Toscana, Italia.
