The funny and bizarre illustration depicts the wonderful musical animal (a beautiful Persian pianist) leaning on his precious 18th century wooden piano.

Here we see him seated in a comical but artistic pose, accompanied by his faithful singer companion, next to his musical instrument; a magnificent Baroque period piano that fills the scene in the performance room frequently used by the artist for his exhibition rehearsals.

Feline melody is usually written to be accompanied by a choir that best represents the story it describes. And the very kitten we see crouched on the piano next to the Master has been chosen thanks to his exquisite singing skills to delight with his indescribable meows the musical compositions played by the artist.

The looks, serious but sympathetic, of the two funny, absurd pets are turned towards the observer.

And those who observe them cannot help but admire the stunning powdered wig of the eighteenth century that elegantly surrounds the pianist's head.

Just as one cannot help but be enchanted by that most refined, celestial caricature Venetian costume, in pure silk, seasoned with shades ranging from pure white to light blue, passing through light shades of gray.

A charming ruffled collar then adorns the musician's neck.

And in the background, finally, we can notice a stunning Venetian green curtain and an oil painting on canvas that decorates the plastered wall of a deep blue nocturne.

Magnifico primo piano originale e ironico di uno straordinario maestro (ed anche istruttore) di musica micio di una squisita razza esotica del 1700 dagli splendidi occhi giallognoli.

L'illustrazione divertente e bizzarra ritrae lo stupendo animale musicista (un bellissimo pianista di origine persiana) appoggiato al suo pianoforte di legno settecentesco pregiato.

Qui lo vediamo seduto in una comica ma artistica posa, accompagnato dal suo fedele compagno cantante, di fianco al suo strumento musicale; un magnifico pianoforte del periodo barocco che riempie la scena nella saletta di esecuzione utilizzata frequentemente dall'artista per le sue prove di esibizione.

La melodia felina è solitamente scritta per essere accompagnata da un coro che ne rappresenti al meglio la stora che essa descrive. E proprio il micino che qui vediamo accovacciato sul pianoforte accanto al Maestro è stato scelto grazie alle sue sopraffine abilità canore per deliziare con i suoi indescrivibili miagolii i componimenti musicali suonati dall'artista.

Gli sguardi, seri ma simpatici, dei due buffi, assurdi animali domestici sono rivolti verso l'osservatore.

E colui che li osserva non può non ammirare la stupenda parrucca incipriata del diciottesimo secolo che cinge elegantemente la testa del pianista.

Così come non si può non rimanere estasiati da quel finissimo, celestiale suo vestitino caricaturale alla veneziana, in seta purissima, condito di tonalità che vanno dal candido color bianco al celestino chiaro passando da leggere sfumature di grigio.

Un affascinante collare arricciato adorna, poi, il collo del musicista.
