ELECTRIC SON (2018) 绘画 由 Olivier Lepan

La demande était celle-ci : une peinture aux couleurs vives, figurative, de style contemporain.
J'y ai ajouté ces contraintes : peindre deux tableaux se complétant, mais qui pouvaient aussi se regarder indépendamment l'un de l'autre.
J'ai fait des photos, que j'ai travaillées dans des logiciels de retouche photo. C'était un point de départ, pas un modèle à reproduire point à point. L'inspiration et les opportunités pendant la réalisation m'ont fait modifier des choses ici ou là, en ajouter aussi bien sûr.
J'aime le résultat : les couleurs contrastées, le style pop art, la guitare qui est le sujet central du tableau, les effets de couleur et de lumière qui ajoutent l'électricité dont elle a besoin.
Et vous, qu'en pensez-vous ?

La richiesta era di un dipinto dai colori vivaci, figurato e di stile contemporaneo. Io ho aggiunto: eseguire due dipinti complementari, ma che potrebbero guardarsi anche come indipendenti l'uno dall'altro.

Ho fatto delle foto che ho successivamente elaborato digitalmente. Non era per riprodurre il modello punto per punto, quanto piuttosto per avere un concetto da cui partire. L'ispirazione e le opportunità sopraggiunte durante la realizzazione mi hanno portato a modificare qualcosa, aggiungendo ritocchi qua e là.

Mi piace il risultato: i colori contrastanti, lo stile pop art, la
chitarra, che è il soggetto centrale del dipinto, nonché gli effetti di colore e luce che gli conferiscono quell'elettricità di cui ha bisogno.

The commission was: a contemporary, figurative painting with bright
colours. I've also added the following constraint: to paint two
different canvases, which can complement each other but also be seen as
separate works.

I took some pictures that I digitally edited. It was just a starting
point for me, not a model to be reproduced at all. Then, inspiration and
opportunities arising during the process led me to change some details
on the spot.

I like the final result: especially the colour contrast, the pop-art style, the guitar which is the main subject, the colour and light effects which add "electricity" in this painting.
