Olga Meer was born in the city of Tuymazy, Republic of Bashkortostan. She lived and worked in Yekaterinburg. In 1999, she moved to the village of Vasyurinskaya in the Krasnodar territory.Since 2011, he has been painting. Olga Meer gives all her free time to creativity, searching for something new and incomprehensible. She creates her own world on canvas, a world of landscapes, portraits, and flowers. New ideas and ideas overwhelm her. Olga paints her paintings in the technique of oil and watercolor painting, while she practically does not use a brush, but works with a palette knife and fingers. The artist draws subjects and images for her work from dreams, using both photographic material and drawings from nature.

From 2016 to 2019, Olga Meer becomes a multiple winner and laureate of the largest international competition in Europe “ART. EXCELLENCE. AWARDS” and opens the author's school of art in the Krasnodar region. In 2017, the artist is appointed an official representative of the Professional Union of artists of Russia in Krasnodar and the Krasnodar territory. In 2019, Olga Meer was awarded the title of corresponding Member of the International Academy of contemporary arts and appointed to the position of Chairman of the graphics Department of the Academy.
