There are many channels and rivers in my city. Sometimes we get on a boat and go along these channels among the houses. Every time you get this boat trip you percept like being in another city. The view of the city from the water is absolutely amazing and differs from the ground’s one. Sometimes I imagine small islands that situated in one big sea. [...]

Sometimes I imagine small islands that situated in one big sea. There are small cute towns snuggled on each island. It would be fantastic to take a boat and travel to these towns.

In this painting I used small glass balls to highlight big moon and stars in the fantasy sky. And as usual I made different textures in my painting to highlight the plaster of the walls of houses or stones.

The painting is covered with protective varnish with satin gloss.
