The inspiration for this artwork was the amazing beauty of Nature. This is not a representative picture, and I have avoided the simple repetition of an object or animal. On the contrary, I tried to capture my impressions of exotic forests. Of course, the composition on canvas resembles the wings of a butterfly, but it is filled with other associations as well. I see here the crystal waves of the Indian Ocean, exotic islands, bright and colorful flowers of orchids, and of course butterflies. I want my work to remind us of how magnificent nature is, how many genuine masterpieces it has created and how much beauty it gives us. I will be glad if, among the blue, red, amber, and white strokes, each viewer finds something of his own.
