In this case, the Dragon is a product of human fears, the Dragon of self-destruction, where a person tries to hide in his own little world. And it’s important to learn how to simply open the door of the cage and release let out the real self into the world, to see reality in true colors and shades!
The opposite meaning is the Dragon as a driving force in the formation of the Ego, a symbol of frustration, when falling into the difficult circumstances of the mental desert, a person is reborn from the ashes like a Phoenix bird in a completely new hypostasis.
