İn these works of mine, l tried to reach figurative reality with comfortable brush strokes at the level of abstraction. I don't prefer to paint my portrait works in a traditional style. İn addition to this, l try to exhibit the portrait of feelings and thoughts with strong brushstrokes and stains. The different and original painting method makes you feel active in some parts of the painting and silence in others. Every stain that exists in my paintings can have a feeling or a meaning.

Light leaks and film scratches are key elements in this series.
Most of the time, I walk around with a pad or camera. These only act as memory aids as we don't see the landscape like a camera does - all in focus for a split second. The photographs serve as a starting point for a painting which at some point can develop in its own direction. I'm not painting from a photo. I use film stains and scratches as object. Light, space and air are all the main subjects of the paintings
