Seunghwui Koo is een hedendaagse bekroonde Zuid-Koreaanse kunstenaar. De kunstenaar haalt inspiratie voor haar kunstwerken uit de delicate details van haar dagelijks leven in New York City. Haar werk is een commentaar op de levens die ze in New York heeft gezien. Ze werd geboren in Zuid-Korea, waar ze oorspronkelijk het concept ontwikkelde om het menselijk lichaam en de varkenskop te combineren.
