Biography
Monica Le Crom is a French and Colombian artist, born in Honduras and based in Amsterdam. She started painting as a child and is a self taught multidisciplinary artist, using a diverse range of traditional and mixed mediums, including acrylic paint, pastel, watercolor and illustration.
She considers herself a world citizen and in her walks and travels, she embraces fully the present moment, discovering the wonders that surround her. Each stroke of her brush, guided by this deep connection to the here and now, fills her creative process with a profound sense of silence and inner peace. With her paintings of landscapes and evocative portrayals of animals and humans, the artist extends an invitation to the viewers - a journey towards unity: we are all One and the World, in all its magnificent diversity, is our shared Home. As you gaze upon her artwork, a magical window opens, calling you to step into that same realm of silence and peace of its creation, where you can reconnect with your inner self, and feel the Joy of being Home.

Exhibition with Het Fundament - March 1st 2025
On March 1st, I had the honor of showcasing my work at the Bijlmer Park Theatre in Amsterdam during the " Het Fundament" event. The exhibition featured seven artworks, each inspired by the theme of growth—a journey we can all relate to.
With six acrylic paintings and one pastel piece, this collection captures the beauty of transformation, resilience, and evolution—just like the personal, professional and artistic journeys we all experience.
