In 1973, Mikhail graduated from the architectural faculty of the Tashkent Polytechnic Institute, marking the beginning of his academic and professional journey. Subsequently, he relocated to the city of Kaluga, where he dedicated his talents to architectural work within a design institute focused on textile enterprises.
In 1978, Mikhail Mantulin achieved a pivotal milestone in his artistic development by graduating from the Central Educational and Experimental Studio of the Union of Artists of the USSR, solidifying his place in the realm of fine arts. His dedication to the world of art continued to flourish.
Notably, Mikhail Mantulin holds the esteemed position of President of the International Creative Association of Artists-AKANIS, commonly known as the Academy of Analytical Art. His creations have found homes in Russia, Poland, Hungary, Germany, Luxembourg, the United States, Switzerland, France, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Italy. His art has also earned a place of honor in esteemed institutions, including the Kaluga Regional Art Museum, the City Museum of Obninsk, the Regional Art Gallery "Obraz," the State Museum of History Space, the Tula Art Museum, and the Collection of Modern Art Saint Mathieu de Treve in France. His work also graces the Museum of Enamel in Kecskemet, Hungary, and the World Museum of Enamel in the Monastery Himmerod, Germany.
