After graduating from high school in 2006, he became interested in painting and drawing. His first teacher and inspirer was his father - a teacher of painting and art history.
In 2010 he graduated from Vanadzor State Pedagogical Institute, where he studied at the faculty of painting and graphics. Since 2012 - Member of the World Union of Armenian Artists. Since 2019 - Member of the Union of Artists of Armenia.

Mher Chatinyan nació en Armenia en 1989. Después de graduarse de la escuela secundaria en 2006, se interesó por la pintura y el dibujo. Su primer maestro e inspirador fue su padre, profesor de pintura e historia del arte. En 2010 se graduó en el Instituto Pedagógico Estatal de Vanadzor, donde estudió en la facultad de pintura y gráfica. Desde 2012 - Miembro de la Unión Mundial de Artistas Armenios. Desde 2019 - Miembro de la Unión de Artistas de Armenia.
