Like the Titan eternally bound and suffering the daily consumption of his liver, Dahmer's actions condemned him to a cycle of compulsion and destruction. The exposed lungs, a visceral representation of vulnerability, become the object of the crow's feast, symbolizing the constant gnawing of guilt, the insatiable hunger that fueled his crimes, or perhaps the stolen lives themselves.
