Brigitte Bardot asked Gainsbourg to write the most beautiful song about love.He performed this song with B.Bardot {1967} and Jane Birkin {1969}.
The title of this song was inspired by S.Dali's quote:
"Picasso is Spanish,me too,Picasso is a genious,me too,Picasso is a communist,me neither {moi non plus }."
This work is deliberately painted to look like an old painting.
