On 21 April two of prints of my artworks will be exhibited in a group exhibition at the Lokayata Gallery in New Delhi, India. I was delighted to be considered for this great opportunity! 

I will also be taking part in the Art Expo Lubliana, on 20-23 November in Lubliana. Slovenia. This will be something of an adventure, as I have never been to Slovenia for though it is not far from Hungary. I have already taken part in an art fair, the Parallax art fair in Chelsea, London. It should be an opportunity to see other exhibits and network, at the very least.

Alas and alack, Targu Mûres in Transylvania is still a little far for me to go for the opening (50k with Wizz, flixbus is longer and costs more) but anyway, this is the venue.
A visit later on is still being considered.

I will be showing off my most recent work, alongside some earlier works. There will be two other exhibitions also opening, in different venues within the hotel. 

I was interviewed recently on ENTV, in which I describe my artistic path, how it all started, and how my Tarot project fit I to all this.

Budapest has its very own event, following in the tradition of the Parisian Montmartre, for artists seliing their wares in the open air, in the city centre! It takes place every Thursday from 10 30 until 6. There are artists selling original works in media ranging from figurative to naive, to abstract works on Canvas, as well as cards, badges, jewellery, and other kinds of keepsakes. 

To find this market, alight from the metro and Deák Ferenc Square, and walk along Király Utca. Gozsdu Udvar is an old city-centre courtyard that has been renovated in recent years to become one of Budapest's most well-known city attractions..

The exhibition will feature my most recent, as well as recent, collage-based abstractworks on Canvas, which feature squares and triangles superimposed on acrylic pours, or set within cracked, textural surfaces.

Regeneration

This exhibition is a little retrospective, as many of the pictures are older ones that were reworked in recent years.

They comprise of mixed-media textural pieces on board, incorporating a range of materials such as cotton, bandages, glass fragments from smashed car windows, marbles, polystyrene, metal flakes, wax, paper and using acrylic paints and enamel. The title of the show therefore, is hopefully self-explanatory.
