Drawn toward sketching and painting since childhood, Linda Vanden Abeele's later education focused on anthropology and ethnomusicology. She is passionate about techniques for personal development. Linda studied painting with Christos Vouyiouklis at the Académie des Beaux-Arts in Watermael-Boitsfort from 1997 to 2004. Early on, she painted a series of figurative scenes with African and Asian themes, and portraits of friends, before taking the leap into a more abstract research of color and form. In 2017 she returned to the study of painting with Barbara Geraci at the Ecole des Arts in Braine-L'Alleud since 2020.
