To say that these books helped me would be a huge understatement. After reading them, thinking about and understanding the principles laid down in them, I began to apply them in my life. I have become much easier and easier to look at the world, I am more calm about life's turns, and life itself has somehow become easier.
Who is V. Zeland, you ask? Wikipedia says about him that he is the founder of esoteric teachings. But in my opinion, there is no esoteric here. Applied psychology. And a lot of recipes for improving your own life., which do not require any special rituals, dances with tambourines and similar exotics. Only work with yourself, a sober look, an assessment of your beliefs and settings in life.
Life is a mirror. And if you throw poop in the mirror (sorry), you won’t see roses in the mirror! Turn on your inner caretaker, act consciously, choose positive life lines and life will smile at you! So, if very briefly, I can convey the meaning of "Transurfing".
