About the author
Karibou was born, grew up and work in Saint Petersburg. Oil and mixed media expressionist painter and sculptor, in the recent years based in Germany, France and Finland. Her most recent series of works are abstract works which could be described as Modern Abstract painting.
Most of paintings of karibou are very expressive and colourful. Aesthetics of Eastern and Western Europe Art and sometimes with humour and a soft touch of meditation.
Karibou attended classes for free naturalistic drawing by Peter Paulus at Cassel Academy of Arts for several years. She also got inspired by colour painting and have become a passionate self taught painter 🎨
Karibou is an established painter from Saint-Petersburg with international exposure. Her works are represented in many international exhibitions, collections and museums.
