D’aussi loin que je me souvienne, j’ai toujours été fascinée par le mouvement, le rythme musical et la liberté qu’il procurent.
Je suis séduite par l'abstraction qui donne à l'artiste la liberté de faire confiance à son intuition et me sens particulièrement proche de l’expressionnisme abstrait. Très tôt, grâce aux oeuvres de Jackson Pollock, Wassily Kandinsky, Kazimir Malevich, j’ai réalisé que l’asymétrie, les courbes et les obliques pouvaient suggérer le dynamisme, la vie.
A partir d'une palette restreinte de pigments aux couleurs vibrantes et de techniques mixtes actuelles, j’essaie de créer une symbiose entre les couleurs et la texture pour évoquer le passage d’un monde à l’autre et interpeller le spectateur.
