THE BORDER ART PRIZE - is a joint initiative of the Gold Coast City Art Gallery and The Tweed River Art Gallery, developed to support the endeavors of artists living and working in Northern New South Wales and South East Queensland, Australia. The exhibition is held annually but the gallery venue alternates each year. The exhibition is open to all media and subject matter and attracts a wide variety of styles. The prize offers a number of awards.
