The artist was born in Siberia, among mountains, forests and rivers, and has been living in Germany since 2017. But nature remains her inner world. Her father, a hunter, taught her not just to see it, but to feel it, to read the stories hidden in the patterns of bark, the curves of branches, the subtle lines of ice on a frozen lake. This connection with nature and interest in the traditions of different peoples is the basis of her work.
Since childhood, the artist has felt the harmony of colour and form, which led her to her creative pursuits. Since 2021 she has studied watercolour, pastel, acrylic and texture painting on courses with professional artists. Over time, it was working with texture that became her main way of expressing herself.
As a highly sensitive person, she experiences emotions deeply. A simple image is not enough for her - she needs to convey the depth of her feelings, to express them through textures, to saturate them with color. She works with sand, stones, bark, creating art that can be felt with her fingers, let into the house like a piece of living nature. Using the technique of applying gold leaf and copper at the final stage of the painting, she manages to achieve a glowing effect like the works of Gustav Klimt, whose work inspires her.
