Biography
Joel Tricoire is a contemporary award-winning French painter. He began painting later in life because he was seeking a true artistic identity above all. Today he is able to express his distinctiveness and put forth his artistic universe by developing a technique that is unique to him and based on coating, color, glue, soil, and sand.
The artist strives to challenge the conventions of painting by experimenting in sculpture. Creation after creation, his artistic research focused on laying the groundwork for a pictorial bridge that would connect the worlds of sculpture and painting.
Joel Tricoire was born in 1960, in France.
