Jam Kanarsky is my creative pseudonym. I am an artist, designer. I write in the style of impressionism, I live and work in St. Petersburg. In my work I use a palette knife and acrylic paints.
The palette knife allows you to quickly convey the essence of the picture without drawing details. Painting with a palette knife is emotional and dynamic, distinguished by its beauty and expression, and requires a large amount of paint. Acrylic paints are good for impasto painting, elastic after drying, do not lose their color over time. Creating paintings in the palette knife technique takes little time, because you need to write quickly, while the acrylic paint has not yet begun to dry.
