In fact, it's not just a matter of 'thirst or drought' but more than that, sometimes it's a matter of law, a matter of territory, a matter of dependency, a question of maturity and wisdom, a question of money, a political matter, a conspiracy issue, a matter of agreement, a bartering issue, a matter of transfer of function , about extremism and terrorism, about the population explosion, about arrogance or in the end I realized that this is a question of the reflection of the human soul. After all, 'water' is 'water'.
