Please see invitation to MyLifE's South African Art Auction to take place on the 11th of April on at the Michaelis School of Fine Art in Orange Street, Cape Town, in support of the youth development work of the MylifE Project. MylifE is a registered not for profit Section 21 company that works to prevent and divert young people from entering the cycle of destruction that exists on the streets, in poorer communities and prisons.
MylifE's aim is to create a pilot Eco-village that will serve as a healing environment where marginalised young people will be empowered in a sustainable manner. Youth leaders will emerge who will take on the challenges facing the children of our country. Once the pilot has been built, these villages will be rolled-out across the country and beyond.
Funds raised from the auction will go specifically towards the development of the pilot Eco-village and, and in particular, towards the establishment of an art centres
within the village.

With 80% of all funds generated pledged to MylifE, you can be part of this first step towards healing through artmaking, as well as being part of a great art event with the opportunity to purchase a number of important artworks from wide variety of artists at competitive prices.
