Mixing classic seascape with modern art, as he confess, he's just capturing what his hearth feels and what says his unconscious. The core of his creativity is a person with subconscious ideas and feelings. He use the elements of the sea to make the feelings of an intelligent being more tangible and visible.
What if it is not the sea that makes us part of the spiritual world in the easiest and most relaxed way ? Variability of clouds and sea, smooth change of color tone, penetration of sunlight, transitions of blue color from fading gray to green combined with an emotional white color react to the mentality and feelings of human characters.
The essence of surrealist painting is to convey the feelings of the subconscious. In this regard, he manage to create more clearly and sincerely comparison between his vision and reality.
From early childhood inspired by the works of Ivan Aivazovsky and Francis Bacon, Garry loves to discover people's emotions, fears, dark and light sides in his compositions.
Garry's expressive surreal seascapes substantially reflect the issues of the climate change, to which the artist tries to attract the attention of a viewer.
