Collector and passionate about the cultural richness of Asia, Arnaud Lebecq has been exploring this region full of diversity and multiple influences for over 30 years. With his discoveries and his dual expertise in history and the art market, he created his gallery in 2019 dedicated to the artistic scenes of these countries, in particular those of Southeast Asia including Thailand, which he knows particularly well for its dynamism and creativity. The gallery supports a sharp selection of artists, whether recognized or emerging, around abstract or figurative creations and on different mediums. Their work mixes local cultural heritage and resolutely contemporary visions. They seduce with their originality and their bold themes, sometimes committed as on societal or environmental issues. It is in exploratory mode that Arnaud regularly visits the creative workshops. There, he builds relationships of trust and proximity with artists, encouraging them to introduce the power and originality of their creations to collectors and art lovers. By adopting a nomadic concept, the gallery expresses itself in temporary exhibition spaces and participates in contemporary art fairs. The gallery presents art scenes from South and Southeast Asia. It focuses on abstract, semi-abstract and figurative movements. Various medium are showcased : drawing, painting, photography and video.
